Modern Fuel’s New Media Workspace, in collaboration with both Feb Fest and artignite, is proud to present a free outdoor screening of Aubrey Reeve’s film/video installation, Glide, in Market Square. Glide is a looping side-by-side dual-screen installation that meditates on ice-skating as a personal experience of alchemy. It is a perfect match for Feb Fest activities and the skating rink at Market Square.

For Culture Days, Modern Fuel has coordinated an artist talk in association with the two-person exhibition entitled "Homelands" (at Modern Fuel from Sept. 18 - Oct. 23, 2010) which pairs the drawing and installation works of Dagmara Genda and Marigold Santos.

On 7 June 2008, performance artist Adrian Stimson’s alter-ego Buffalo Boy, in collaboration with curator Ryan Rice and Modern Fuel, rode tall on Modern Fuel’s float in Kingston’s gay pride parade, celebrating art and commemorating the struggle for equal rights and pride.
