The Great Urban Band
Description: The KAAI is presenting a concert and dance with a premiere performance of a composition for electronic tape and live violin by Kirk Elliot (formerly of Short Turn, now with the Toronto Dance Theatre under a Canada Council Grant). The Great Urban Band will present popular and original music for your pleasure, concluding with free form improvisation, all taking part.

Kingston Art Event
Description: The KAAI is coordinating a four day art event involving the community of Kingston to be held March 22 to 25, Thursday to Sunday inclusive. The Kingston Art Event will be happening in our new location at Nineteen Queen St secured as of March 15! So come on down, have a look at our new space. There will be ongoing exhibitions and performance events and you are invited to participate in any of the workshops including a “Meet the Artist” Friday evening.
