High Octane Production Residency Strikes Twice

Modern Fuel Artist-Run Centre is currently accepting applications for a High Octane Production Residency running from July 19-26, 2011. The residency includes complete use of the New Media Workspace’s video, audio and lighting equipment with the goal of creating a short video work of less than fifteen minutes. The successful applicant will also have access to the New Media Workspace’s editing resources for the week following the Production Residency (July 27-August 2, 2011). At the end of the residency, the finished product will be screened at Square Pegs 4, an annual screening of local, national and international short video works to be held this year on August 17th. The residency must be completed during the week of July 19-26 and the resident should live within the Kingston, ON area.

Please submit your proposal as well as an example of your work, an artist’s statement and a CV by Friday July 8th, 2011(applications postmarked for July 8th, 2011 will be accepted)
