Fee Structure
Base Rental Rate $250/day
Cash Bar $100 with all proceeds going to Modern Fuel
$25/hour additional staffing charge
We require a 50% deposit in order to reserve a date.
Note Unfortunately, at this time Modern Fuel is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Note Evening events must wrap up by 1am.
Please note that although we try to accommodate rentals and we are excited to have new events in our space, we are first and foremost an art gallery and the showcasing of art must be a priority. Loud concerts or parties must be booked when we do not have art up on the walls. As a result, available times are limited and book up fast so contact us well in advance to reserve a date.
